PEMANDU VAN HALANG AMBULANS DIKENAKAN TINDAKAN – POLIS
Lelaki berusia 38 tahun itu turut disiasat mengikut Seksyen 56(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 kerana tidak memiliki lesen memandu vokasional (GDL) manakala semakan juga mendapati dia mempunyai tujuh saman kesalahan trafik.
JOHOR BAHRU: Seorang lelaki yang tidak memberikan laluan kepada sebuah ambulans di KM 14 Lebuhraya Pasir Gudang, dekat sini pagi semalam, telah dikenakan tindakan saman.
Ketua Polis Daerah Seri Alam Supt Mohd Sohaimi Ishak berkata pihaknya telah mengesan satu rakaman video berdurasi 47 saat pada 3.30 petang semalam menerusi media sosial yang memaparkan pemandu van jenis Toyota Hiace menghalang laluan ambulans.
“Van berwarna putih itu dilihat tidak mengendahkan untuk memberikan laluan walaupun siren telah dibunyikan serta lampu mata arah telah dinyalakan, hingga ambulans itu terpaksa memotong di lorong kiri.
“Susulan itu, Bahagian Siasatan dan Penguatkuasaan Trafik Daerah Seri Alam telah mengesan pemandu berkenaan dan telah mengenakan tindakan saman RM300 kerana melakukan kesalahan mengikut Peraturan 9(2) Kaedah-Kaedah Lalu Lintas Jalan 166/59 kerana tidak memberikan laluan kepada kenderaan polis/ambulans/bomba/penjara/kastam/Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan,” katanya dalam kenyataan.
Beliau berkata lelaki berusia 38 tahun itu turut disiasat mengikut Seksyen 56(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 kerana tidak memiliki lesen memandu vokasional (GDL) manakala semakan juga mendapati dia mempunyai tujuh saman kesalahan trafik.–AlHijrah Online
