Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim (dua, kanan) berkenan berangkat pada Mesyuarat Majlis Raja-Raja ke-266 di Istana Negara hari ini. – Bernama
KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim berkenan berangkat ke Mesyuarat Majlis Raja-Raja (MRR) ke-266, di Istana Negara hari ini.
Mesyuarat dua hari bermula semalam itu, dipengerusikan Yang di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir.
Turut berangkat ke mesyuarat itu ialah Sultan Perak Sultan Nazrin Shah dan Sultan Kedah Al-Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin Sultan Badlishah.
Berangkat sama, Pemangku Raja Perlis Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail dan Pemangku Sultan Johor Tunku Mahkota Ismail.
Tengku Mahkota Pahang Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, Tengku Mahkota Kelantan Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra dan Tengku Laksamana Selangor Tengku Sulaiman Shah turut berangkat ke mesyuarat berkenaan.
Mesyuarat turut dihadiri Yang Dipertua Negeri Pulau Pinang Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak, Yang Dipertua Negeri Melaka Tun Mohd Ali Rustam, Yang Dipertua Negeri Sabah Tun Juhar Mahiruddin dan Yang Dipertua Negeri Sarawak Tun Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar.
Mesyuarat pada hari ini turut disertai Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Pada mesyuarat itu, Raja-Raja Melayu diiringi Menteri Besar masing-masing manakala Yang Dipertua Negeri diiringi Ketua Menteri.
Kali terakhir mesyuarat MRR diadakan adalah pada 21 Feb, yang berlangsung selama dua hari. — AlHijrah Online
