SHAH ALAM: Tiga petugas kesihatan di sebuah hospital di Selangor masing-masing direman lima hari bermula hari ini bagi membantu siasatan berhubung kes rasuah berjumlah antara RM1,000 dan RM5,000 bagi kerja-kerja berkaitan pengurusan jenazah.
Perintah reman itu dikeluarkan Majistret Muhammad Syafiq Sulaman selepas membenarkan permohonan Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) bagi menahan dua pembantu kesihatan dan seorang penolong pegawai perubatan itu sehingga 4 Jun depan.
Ketiga-tiga lelaki yang berusia antara 35 hingga 38 tahun itu direman bagi membantu siasatan mengikut Seksyen 17(a) Akta SPRM 2009 bagi kesalahan meminta dan menerima rasuah.
Mereka dikatakan telah meminta dan menerima wang suapan daripada individu tertentu sebagai balasan untuk pihak berkenaan terus mendapatkan kerja-kerja pengurusan jenazah bagi tempoh 2018 hingga 2021.
Menurut sumber, kesemua lelaki itu ditahan pada 6 petang semalam di Pejabat SPRM Selangor ketika hadir memberi keterangan.
Pada 27 Mei lepas, dua pembantu kesihatan masing-masing berusia 40 dan 42 tahun direman lima hari oleh SPRM bagi membantu siasatan kes sama. – AlHijrah Online
