Kegagalan fungsi brek sebuah lori pasir penyebab berlakunya kemalangan apabila lori berkenaan secara tiba-tiba mengundur dan melanggar lapan kenderaan lain, dalam kejadian yang berlaku di persimpangan lampu isyarat Rawang Mutiara Business Centre, Selangor.
RAWANG: Kegagalan fungsi brek sebuah lori pasir penyebab berlakunya kemalangan apabila lori berkenaan secara tiba-tiba mengundur dan melanggar lapan kenderaan lain, dalam kejadian yang berlaku di persimpangan lampu isyarat Rawang Mutiara Business Centre, Selangor.
Jentera dari BBP Bukit Sentosa dengan enam anggota telah digerakkan ke lokasi kejadian sebaik sahaja menerima panggilan bersama jentera FRT dan jentera Unit EMRS.
“Kemalangan tersebut telah mengakibatkan lapan buah kenderaan rosak apabila sebuah lori treler yang membawa muatan pasir mengundur secara tiba-tiba disebabkan sistem brek yang tidak berfungsi,” jelas Komander Operasi, PBK II Hairun Afiza Ahmad.
“Lori tersebut mengundur secara perlahan namun telah melanggar lapan buah kenderaan yang berada di belakangnya. Kesemua pemandu dan penumpang yang berada dalam kenderaan tersebut bertindak menyelamatkan diri sejurus menyedari kejadian berlaku,” katanya lagi.
Tiada mangsa yang mengalami kecederaan dalam kejadian tersebut.
Pihak bomba hanya membuat pemantauan di lokasi untuk mengelakkan kejadian berulang.–AlHijrah Online
