POLIS BUKA KERTAS SIASATAN DAKWAAN PN CUBA RASUAH AGONG
Satu kertas siasatan dibuka berhubung dakwaan Perikatan Nasional (PN) cuba memberi rasuah kepada Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah untuk menggulingkan kerajaan.
KUALA LUMPUR: Satu kertas siasatan dibuka berhubung dakwaan Perikatan Nasional (PN) cuba memberi rasuah kepada Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah untuk menggulingkan kerajaan.
Ketua Polis Negara Tan Sri Razarudin Husain berkata kes berkenaan disiasat mengikut Seksyen 500 Kanun Keseksaan dan Seksyen 233 Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998.
Beliau berkata sebanyak empat laporan polis diterima berhubung dakwaan berkenaan.
“Kes masih di peringkat siasatan dan polis menasihatkan orang ramai agar tidak membuat sebarang spekulasi dan komentar yang boleh mengganggu proses siasatan,” katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini.
Sementara itu, Razarudin mengesahkan empat individu telah dipanggil hari ini bagi dirakam percakapan di bawah Seksyen 112 Kanun Taatacara Jenayah berhubung gerakan ‘Langkah Dubai’ yang dikatakan bertujuan menjatuhkan Kerajaan Persekutuan.
Empat individu itu ialah Timbalan Ketua Pengarah (Komunikasi Komuniti) Jabatan Komunikasi Komuniti (J-Kom) Datuk Ismail Yusop, Wan Muhammad Azri Wan Deris (Papagomo), Badrul Hisham Shaharin (Chegu Bard) dan Mohamad Salim Iskandar, katanya.
Beliau berkata sejumlah 145 laporan polis diterima berkaitan isu berkenaan.
Pada 30 Dis lepas, Ismail dilaporkan mendakwa ‘Langkah Dubai’ timbul sewaktu percutian beberapa pemimpin pembangkang dan tokoh-tokoh daripada pihak kerajaan di Dubai, Emiriah Arab Bersatu (UAE).–AlHijrah Online
