Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) mengeluarkan kompaun terhadap 22 individu kerana menjalankan perkhidmatan fotografi tanpa lesen di sekitar Menara Berkembar Petronas (KLCC) dalam operasi malam tadi.
KUALA LUMPUR: Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) mengeluarkan kompaun terhadap 22 individu kerana menjalankan perkhidmatan fotografi tanpa lesen di sekitar Menara Berkembar Petronas (KLCC) dalam operasi malam tadi.
Jurucakap DBKL memaklumkan operasi bersepadu KL Strike Force dari 9 hingga 11.15 malam melibatkan kerjasama agensi lain termasuk polis dan Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN).
“Susulan kesalahan itu, peralatan perniagaan milik individu terlibat disita DBKL dan pemilik boleh menuntut semula selepas menjelaskan kompaun,” katanya semasa ditemui selepas operasi.
Beliau berkata semua yang diperiksa merupakan warga tempatan.
Beliau berkata tindakan terhadap jurugambar tanpa lesen dijalankan mengikut Undang-Undang Kecil (UUK) 3(1) Pelesenan Penjaja (Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur) 2016 yang memperuntukkan kompaun maksimum RM2,000.
Selain itu, beliau berkata pemantauan berkala dan rondaan akan terus dipergiat, khususnya pada waktu malam di kawasan tersebut bagi memastikan aktiviti perniagaan dijalankan mengikut peraturan.
Sementara itu, tinjauan Bernama di lokasi operasi mendapati perkhidmatan fotografi berlatarbelakangkan KLCC ditawarkan pada kadar RM5 untuk warga tempatan dan RM10 warga asing bagi sekeping gambar.–AlHijrah Online
