BANJIR : JKR KELANTAN MENGESAN 10 RUNTUHAN DI JALAN PERSEKUTUAN
Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) Kelantan mengesan 10 runtuhan tanah dan cerun berlaku di jalan persekutuan membabitkan lima jajahan setakat ini, akibat banjir yang berlaku sejak minggu lepas.
KOTA BHARU: Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) Kelantan mengesan 10 runtuhan tanah dan cerun berlaku di jalan persekutuan membabitkan lima jajahan setakat ini, akibat banjir yang berlaku sejak minggu lepas.
Pengarahnya Nik Soh Yaacoub berkata kawasan runtuhan jalan yang berlaku itu membabitkan jajahan iaitu Gua Musang, Kuala Krai, Tanah Merah, Jeli dan Machang.
“Di Gua Musang, tiga kawasan yang terjejas ialah Jalan Aring 8 dan Jalan Lojing-Gua Musang dekat Kampung Jekjok, Pos Brooke yang mana terdapat dua runtuhan terjadi di jalan terbabit.
“Selain itu, bagi jajahan Kuala Krai pula ada dua runtuhan berlaku iaitu di Kampung Sungai Teku Luar (cerun runtuh) dan Jalan Sungai Sam-Jeli (tanah runtuh),” katanya ketika dihubungi Bernama hari ini.
Nik Soh berkata tiga jalan persekutuan yang berlaku runtuhan di jajahan Machang pula ialah Jalan Kemuning-Bukit Belah, Dataran Bukit Belah dan Jalan masuk ke Stesen VHF Bukit Bakar.
Manakala, masing-masing satu runtuhan berlaku di jajahan Jeli dan Tanah Merah iaitu Jalan Gerik-Jeli-Lebuhraya Timur Barat berhampiran Kampung Lakota dan Jalan Kemahang 2.
“Pihak JKR telah meletakkan papan tanda amaran dan penghadang di kawasan runtuhan yang terlibat dan diharap supaya pengguna berhati-hati serta mematuhi arahan yang dikeluarkan.
“Hal ini kerana ada sesetengah kawasan runtuhan ditutup kepada semua jenis kenderaan kerana masih berlaku pergerakan tanah dan sebaiknya pengguna tidak melalui laluan itu kerana bimbang terjadi perkara yang tidak diingini berlaku,” katanya. –AlHijrah Online
