MAIS telah menaik taraf sistem sedia ada, e-Wasiat kepada sistem baharu yang lebih pintar menerusi gabungan dua elemen perancangan pembahagian harta iaitu wasiat dan hibah. Melalui sistem ini, permohonan dan kelulusan akan diuruskan sepenuhnya secara atas talian selain menawarkan penggunaan Electronik Know Your Customer (EKYC) yang diiktiraf Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).
SHAH ALAM: Majlis Agama Islam Selangor (MAIS) hari ini melancarkan Sistem Wasiat dan Hibah (SISWA) bagi memudahkan pengurusan wasiat serta hibah secara dalam talian di Selangor.
Pengerusinya Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof berkata MAIS sebagai badan pengelola Baitulmal sentiasa komited memberi perkhidmatan terbaik dan menjadi rujukan utama pengurusan harta orang Islam.
“MAIS telah menaik taraf sistem sedia ada, e-Wasiat kepada sistem baharu yang lebih pintar menerusi gabungan dua elemen perancangan pembahagian harta iaitu wasiat dan hibah. Melalui sistem ini, permohonan dan kelulusan akan diuruskan sepenuhnya secara atas talian selain menawarkan penggunaan Electronic Know Your Customer (EKYC) yang diiktiraf Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).
“Selain itu, SISWA juga menggunakan tandatangan digital yang tertakluk di bawah Akta Tandatangan Digital 1997 dan pengesahan transaksi pemohon dilakukan secara One-Time Password (OTP),” katanya ketika ditemui pemberita selepas melancarkan sistem itu di sini hari ini.
Abdul Aziz berkata MAIS menyasarkan seramai 6,000 orang mendaftar SISWA bagi pengurusan berkenaan dan setakat ini sebanyak 3,196 permohonan wasiat dan hibah telah diterima.
“Kami berharap sistem itu memberi kemudahan baharu kepada umat Islam dalam usaha membantu pembahagian harta dengan lebih sistematik sekali gus mengelak isu harta pusaka di kalangan waris,” katanya.
