NAHAS FRU: 20 MINIT BEBAS JAMINAN MAHKAMAH, PEMANDU LORI DITAHAN SEMULA KES CURI LEMBU
Ketua Polis Daerah Bagan Datuk, Superitenden Mohammad Ali Mohd Jali berkata, Rudi Zulkarnain Mat Radi, 45, ditahan kira-kira jam 12.20 tengah hari di pekarangan Mahkamah Teluk Intan oleh sepasukan anggota dari Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD) Bagan Datuk.
IPOH: Pemandu lori yang didakwa menyebabkan kematian sembilan anggota Pasukan Simpanan Persekutuan (FRU) pada 13 Mei lalu ditahan semula kira-kira 20 minit selepas dibebaskan dengan jaminan mahkamah ekoran terlibat kes curi lembu.
Ketua Polis Daerah Bagan Datuk, Superitenden Mohammad Ali Mohd Jali berkata, Rudi Zulkarnain Mat Radi, 45, ditahan kira-kira jam 12.20 tengah hari di pekarangan Mahkamah Teluk Intan oleh sepasukan anggota dari Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD) Bagan Datuk.
Katanya, tangkapan dilakukan susulan laporan polis yang diterima 14 April lalu daripada lelaki warga tempatan yang kehilangan dua lembu di kawasan Kampung Sungai Keli, Hutan Melintang di Bagan Datuk.
“Suspek akan dibawa ke Mahkamah Majistret Teluk Intan esok untuk permohonan reman bagi membantu siasatan kes curi lembu di bawah Seksyen 379 Kanun Keseksaan,” katanya.
Jumaat lalu, Rudi Zulkarnain mengaku tidak bersalah di Mahkamah Majistret Teluk Intan atas sembilan pertuduhan yang dibacakan mengikut Seksyen 41(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987.
Rudi didakwa memandu secara berbahaya sehingga mengakibatkan kematian kepada S Perumal, 44, Mohd Roslan Abd Rahim, 46, Mohd Pozli Jaudin, 41, Nurit Pandak, 34, Amiruddin Zabri, 38, Mohamad Hilmi Mohd Azlan, 38, Muhamad Akmal Muhamad, 35, Damarrulan Abdul Latif, 33, dan Akmal Wafi Annuar, 28, di Kilometer 15 Jalan Sungai Manik dalam daerah Hilir Perak jam lebih kurang 9.05 pagi pada 13 Mei 2025.
Dalam kes itu, lelaki terbabit dibebaskan dengan jaminan mahkamah selepas majikan dan rakannya membayar wang jaminan sebanyak RM6,000 dengan seorang penjamin, sebelum ditahan semula berkaitan kes terbaru ini. —-AlHijrah Online
