INDONESIA KECAM TINDAKAN TENTERA ISRAEL SASAR DELEGASI DIPLOMAT DI TEBING BARAT
Menurut agensi berita Palestin, WAFA, pasukan pendudukan Israel pada Rabu melepaskan tembakan menggunakan peluru hidup ke arah delegasi diplomatik yang berada di pintu masuk Kem Jenin bagi meninjau situasi kemanusiaan di kawasan itu.
Delegasi itu terdiri daripada duta dari Mesir, Jordan, Maghribi, Kesatuan Eropah, Portugal, China, Austria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Turkiye, Sepanyol, Lithuania, Poland, Rusia, Jepun, Romania, Mexico, Sri Lanka, Kanada, India, Chile, Perancis, United Kingdom dan beberapa negara lain. (AFP)
JAKARTA: Indonesia mengecam tindakan tentera Israel yang melepaskan tembakan ke arah delegasi diplomat antarabangsa semasa lawatan rasmi ke Tebing Barat pada 21 Mei lalu.
Kementerian Luar Indonesia menyifatkan insiden itu sebagai “satu lagi contoh yang tidak dapat diterima berhubung sikap tidak menghormati undang-undang antarabangsa oleh Israel — satu ketidakadilan yang terus-menerus ditanggung rakyat Palestin di tanah air mereka.”
“Kecuaian terhadap undang-undang antarabangsa ini adalah hasil daripada kekebalan yang dinikmati Israel selama bertahun-tahun,” menurut kenyataan kementerian itu di akaun rasmi X.
Indonesia turut menggesa masyarakat antarabangsa agar meningkatkan tekanan terhadap Israel supaya mematuhi undang-undang antarabangsa, menghentikan segala bentuk permusuhan dan menamatkan pendudukan haramnya di wilayah Palestin.
