KEGAGALAN UNSC PAKSA IRAN AMBIL TINDAKAN SAH DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN KESELAMATAN NEGARA
NEW YORK: Iran melancarkan serangan peluru berpandu terbaharunya terhadap rejim Israel kerana negara itu tidak mempunyai pilihan lain berikutan kegagalan Majlis Keselamatan Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu (UNSC), kata Wakil Tetap Misi Iran ke PBB pada Selasa, lapor Sputnik.
NEW YORK: Iran melancarkan serangan peluru berpandu terbaharunya terhadap rejim Israel kerana negara itu tidak mempunyai pilihan lain berikutan kegagalan Majlis Keselamatan Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu (UNSC), kata Wakil Tetap Misi Iran ke PBB pada Selasa, lapor Sputnik.
“…Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Islam Iran telah melancarkan beberapa siri serangan peluru berpandu terhadap sasaran ketenteraan dan keselamatan rejim Israel,” menurut wakil tetap itu dalam sepucuk surat kepada Presiden Majlis Keselamatan PBB yang dikongsi bersama wartawan.
Menurut wakil tetap itu, adalah dikesali bahawa Majlis Keselamatan PBB telah gagal dalam tugas asasnya untuk mengekalkan keamanan dan keselamatan antarabangsa.
“Kegagalan ini telah menyebabkan Republik Islam Iran tiada pilihan selain melaksanakan hak sahnya di bawah undang-undang antarabangsa untuk mengambil tindakan yang sah dalam mempertahankan keselamatan negara dan kepentingan pentingnya,” katanya. — AlHijrah Online
