HINA INSTITUSI RAJA: KERTAS SIASATAN DR MAHATHIR DIRUJUK KEPADA JABATAN PEGUAM NEGARA, SELASA INI
KUALA LUMPUR: Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) sudah melengkapkan kertas siasatan terhadap bekas Perdana Menteri, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad berhubung kenyataan berunsur penghinaan terhadap institusi diraja.
KUALA LUMPUR: Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) sudah melengkapkan kertas siasatan terhadap bekas Perdana Menteri, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad berhubung kenyataan berunsur penghinaan terhadap institusi diraja.
Setiausaha PDRM, Datuk Noorsiah Saaduddin, dalam kenyataan hari ini, berkata kertas siasatan tersebut akan dirujuk kepada Jabatan Peguam Negara pada Selasa ini selari dengan peruntukan Perkara 145 (3) Perlembagaan Persekutuan.
Noorsiah berkata, siasatan terhadap Dr Mahathir berhubung isu Proklamasi Orang Melayu masih di peringkat siasatan bagi rakaman percakapan Presiden PAS, Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang dan Timbalan Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang II, Dr P. Ramasamy.
Sebelum ini, Unit Siasatan Jenayah Terkelas, D5 Bukit Aman telah merakam keterangan Dr Mahathir di Yayasan Albukhary di sini, semalam, bagi membantu siasatan berhubung kenyataan berunsur penghinaan terhadap institusi diraja dan Proklamasi Orang Melayu. – Alhijrah Online
