Iran menafikan dakwaan Israel bahawa pihaknya sengaja menyerang Hospital Soroka di selatan Israel dan mendakwa peluru berpandu itu menyasarkan ibu pejabat tentera dan perisikan Israel yang terletak berhampiran Hospital Soroka.

ISTANBUL: Iran pada Khamis menafikan dakwaan Israel bahawa pihaknya sengaja menyerang Hospital Soroka di selatan Israel, lapor Anadolu Ajansi (AA).
“Angkatan Bersenjata kami yang berkuasa telah dengan tepat memusnahkan sebuah Markas Pemerintahan, Kawalan dan Risikan Tentera Israel serta satu lagi sasaran penting,” kata Menteri Luar Iran Abbas Araghchi dalam kenyataan di platform X miliknya.
Beliau berkata gelombang letupan hanya menyebabkan kerosakan kecil pada sebahagian kecil bangunan Hospital Tentera Soroka yang terletak berhampiran dan sebahagian besarnya telah dikosongkan.
“Kemudahan itu kebanyakannya digunakan untuk merawat tentera Israel yang terlibat dalam tindakan genosid di Gaza, sejauh 25 batu dari situ, di mana Israel telah memusnahkan atau merosakkan 94 peratus hospital Palestin,” tambahnya.
Agensi berita rasmi Iran, IRNA mendakwa peluru berpandu itu menyasarkan ibu pejabat tentera dan perisikan Israel yang terletak berhampiran Hospital Soroka.
Permusuhan bermula pada Jumaat apabila Israel melancarkan serangan udara ke atas beberapa lokasi di Iran, termasuk kemudahan tentera dan nuklear, sehingga mendorong Tehran melancarkan serangan balas.
Di Iran, seramai 585 orang dilaporkan terbunuh dan lebih 1,300 cedera akibat serangan Israel, menurut laporan media tempatan. –AlHijrah Online
