PEMANDU MABUK REMPUH POLIS TRAFIK DIREMAN EMPAT HARI
Seorang lelaki yang dipercayai memandu dalam keadaan mabuk sehingga mengakibatkan seorang anggota polis trafik cedera parah ketika bertugas di Kilometer 3.6 Jalan Pantai menghala ke Permas Jaya di Johor Bahru semalam, direman empat hari.
JOHOR BAHRU: Seorang lelaki yang dipercayai memandu dalam keadaan mabuk sehingga mengakibatkan seorang anggota polis trafik cedera parah ketika bertugas di Kilometer 3.6 Jalan Pantai menghala ke Permas Jaya di sini semalam, direman empat hari.
Perintah tahanan reman hingga Khamis terhadap suspek berumur 30-an itu dikeluarkan oleh Majistret Nur Fatin Mohamad Farid.
Kes disiasat mengikut Seksyen 44(1A)(B) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 kerana memandu di bawah pengaruh alkohol sehingga menyebabkan kecederaan.
Semalam, media melaporkan seorang anggota polis trafik cedera parah akibat dirempuh pemandu mabuk ketika sedang mengawal lalu lintas di Kilometer 3.6 Jalan Pantai menghala ke Permas Jaya.
Ketua Polis Daerah Johor Bahru Selatan ACP Raub Selamat berkata dalam kejadian 7.05 pagi itu, mangsa lelaki berusia lingkungan 30-an mengalami patah tulang pinggul sebelah kiri dan luka pada bahagian muka, dagu serta tangan sebelah kanan. –AlHijrah Online
