Mahkamah Majistret Kota Bharu mengeluarkan perintah sambung reman terhadap suspek berusia 38 tahun itu bagi membantu siasatan di bawah Seksyen 8, Akta Senjata Api (Penalti Lebih Berat) 1971 dan Seksyen 8 (a) Akta Senjata 1960.
KOTA BHARU: Tempoh reman suspek kes tembak di Balai Ketibaan, Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur (KLIA) pada awal pagi 14 April, disambung lima hari.
Mahkamah Majistret Kota Bharu mengeluarkan perintah sambung reman terhadap suspek berusia 38 tahun itu bagi membantu siasatan di bawah Seksyen 8, Akta Senjata Api (Penalti Lebih Berat) 1971 dan Seksyen 8 (a) Akta Senjata 1960.
Perintah sambung reman yang berkuat kuasa esok hingga 27 April itu, dikeluarkan Majistret Ahmad Syafiq Aizat Nazri.
Terdahulu, suspek yang memakai baju lokap berwarna oren tiba di pekarangan mahkamah pada 8.35 pagi, dengan kawalan ketat sepasukan polis dari Bahagian Siasatan Khas (D9) Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah, Ibu Pejabat Polis Kontinjen (IPK) Kelantan.
Dalam kejadian kira-kira 1.30 pagi Ahad, seorang lelaki melepaskan dua das tembakan dengan satu daripadanya terkena pengawal peribadi kepada isterinya.
Kejadian berlaku ketika wanita itu sedang menunggu kepulangan jemaah umrah di balai ketibaan.
Polis setakat ini mengklasifikasikan motif kes berkaitan perihal peribadi dan suspek telah direman tujuh hari bermula 16 April dan tamat hari ini, selepas ditahan di hadapan sebuah hospital swasta di Kota Bharu, Kelantan pada 15 April.–AlHijrah Online
