RSF DIDAKWA BUNUH 300 WANITA DUA HARI SELEPAS MEMASUKI EL-FASHER, SUDAN
Menteri Negara bagi Kebajikan Sosial Sudan Salma Ishaq mendakwa kumpulan separa tentera Rapid Support Forces (RSF) telah membunuh 300 wanita dalam tempoh dua hari pertama selepas memasuki bandar El-Fasher, ibu negeri Darfur Utara di barat Sudan, lapor Anadolu Ajansi.
KHARTOUM/ISTANBUL: Menteri Negara bagi Kebajikan Sosial Sudan Salma Ishaq mendakwa kumpulan separa tentera Rapid Support Forces (RSF) telah membunuh 300 wanita dalam tempoh dua hari pertama selepas memasuki bandar El-Fasher, ibu negeri Darfur Utara di barat Sudan, lapor Anadolu Ajansi.
Ishaq dalam satu kenyataan berkata wanita-wanita berkenaan turut menjadi mangsa serangan seksual, keganasan dan penyeksaan.
“Mana-mana individu yang meninggalkan El-Fasher menuju ke Tawila (di Darfur Utara) berdepan risiko, kerana jalan El-Fasher-Tawila kini menjadi jalan maut,” katanya.
Beliau menambah bahawa masih terdapat keluarga di El-Fasher yang menjadi sasaran penyeksaan, penghinaan dan keganasan seksual.
Menteri itu menegaskan bahawa “apa yang berlaku di El-Fasher merupakan tindakan pembersihan etnik yang sistematik – satu jenayah besar yang melibatkan semua pihak melalui sikap berdiam diri mereka.”
Pada 26 Okt lalu, RSF merampas kawalan ke atas El-Fasher dan melakukan “pembunuhan beramai-ramai” terhadap orang awam, menurut pertubuhan tempatan dan antarabangsa, sambil memberi amaran bahawa serangan itu boleh mengukuhkan pembahagian wilayah Sudan secara geografi.
Pada Rabu, pemimpin RSF Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo (Hemedti) mengakui bahawa “pelanggaran” telah berlaku oleh pasukannya di El-Fasher, sambil mendakwa jawatankuasa siasatan telah ditubuhkan.
