BAITULMUQADDIS: Letupan kedengaran di beberapa kawasan di Israel awal Ahad apabila pertahanan udara memintas dron dan misil dari Iran, menurut laporan media.
Siren roket dan letupan kuat kedengaran di selatan Israel, termasuk Eilat, Beersheba, Dimona, Nevatim dan kawasan-kawasan lain, lapor Agensi Anadolu yang memetik The Times of Israel.
Seorang wartawan Anadolu berkata siren dan letupan kuat juga kedengaran di Baitulmuqaddis, termasuk di atas bangunan parlimen Israel, Knesset.
Perkhidmatan ambulans Magen David Adom berkata seorang cedera parah di selatan Wilayah Negev dalam serangan itu.
Kor Pengawal Revolusi Iran (IRGC) mengesahkan pada Sabtu pelancaran serangan dron dan misil ke atas Israel.
IRGC berkata serangan itu sebagai tindak balas terhadap “banyak sekali jenayah” dilakukan Israel, termasuk serangan ke atas Kedutaan Iran di Damsyik minggu lepas.
Tentera Israel berkata pihaknya berada dalam keadaan siap siaga tahap tinggi berikutan serangan Iran itu.
Sekurang-kurangnya 13 orang maut dalam serangan misil ke atas Kedutaan Iran di Damsyik pada 1 April termasuk tujuh penasihat tentera. Tehran mendakwa Israel melakukan serangan itu.
Tel Aviv tidak mengaku bertanggungjawab terhadap serangan itu secara rasmi tetapi ia telah melakukan beberapa serangan yang menyasarkan kepentingan Iran di seluruh Syria. –AlHijrah Online
