MANIFESTO PN REALISTIK DENGAN KEMAMPUAN KEWANGAN NEGARA
Manifesto Perikatan Nasional (PN) untuk Pilihan Raya Umum Ke-15 (PRU-15) bersifat realistik dan diyakini tidak akan membawa Malaysia ke ambang bankrap, kata Pengerusi PN Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

Beliau berkata PN mengambil kira kemampuan negara dalam penyediaan manifesto berkenaan supaya tawaran kepada rakyat sekiranya gabungan itu memenangi pilihan raya itu nanti tidak menjejaskan kewangan negara.
“Kami realistik kalau nak bagi, kira berapa peruntukan diperlukan, berapa banyak wang yang kerajaan ada. Kita tahu keadaan kerajaan sekarang ini, sebelum ini pun tidaklah begitu kukuh kewangannya, kita dah tahu menghadapi masalah pandemik, hasil negara tidak meningkat dan bertambah.
“Keuntungan syarikat tidak ada untuk memberikan kita pulangan daripada cukai, kita tahu realiti ini. Kalau nak menawarkan sesuatu mesti realistik,” katanya.
Muhyiddin berkata demikian kepada pemberita selepas mengadakan tinjauan mesra dan sembang santai bersama masyarakat Jitra yang turut disertai calon PN di Parlimen Kubang Pasu Datuk Ku Abd Rahman Ku Ismail, di Medan Selera PJ2 di sini hari ini.
Pada 6 Nov lepas, PN melancarkan manifesto PRU-15 yang bertemakan ‘Prihatin, Bersih dan Stabil: Malaysia Gemilang’ atau PN BEST yang merangkumi 12 tunjang utama, 30 pendekatan serta 234 tawaran dan tunjang pertama itu ialah membina ekonomi masa hadapan.–AlHijrah Online
