POLIS SIASAT ABDUL HADI BERHUBUNG KENYATAAN SENTUH ISU 3R
Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) mengesahkan sedang menjalankan siasatan terhadap Presiden PAS Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang berhubung kenyataannya dipercayai menyentuh isu 3R (raja, agama dan kaum).
KUALA LUMPUR: Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) mengesahkan sedang menjalankan siasatan terhadap Presiden PAS Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang berhubung kenyataannya dipercayai menyentuh isu 3R (raja, agama dan kaum).
Timbalan Pengarah (Forensik/Perancangan Strategik) Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah (JSJ) Ibu pejabat Polis Bukit Aman Datuk S. Suresh Kumar berkata siasatan itu dilakukan susulan kenyataan Abdul Hadi dipercayai mendakwa DAP mahu mengekalkan pengertian Islam dalam Perlembagaan Persekutuan berdasarkan tafsiran penjajah yang menjunjung liberalisme dan kebebasan diamalkan negara barat.
“Siasatan dijalankan Unit Siasatan Jenayah Terkelas, Bahagian D5, JSJ Bukit Aman di bawah Seksyen 4(1) Akta Hasutan 1948 dan Seksyen 233 Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998,” katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini.
Beliau berkata berkata kenyataan itu dipercayai dilakukan melalui hantaran di Facebook Abdul Hadi, dua hari lepas dan isu berkenaan turut diulas dalam artikel diterbitkan sebuah portal berita tempatan pada tarikh sama.
Beliau seterusnya menasihatkan orang ramai agar tidak membuat sebarang spekulasi yang boleh mengganggu proses siasatan.
“Tindakan tegas akan diambil terhadap mana-mana pihak yang bertindak menggugat ketenteraman awam dan keselamatan negara,” katanya.–AlHijrah Online
