KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim berkenan menerima menghadap Sheikh Al-Azhar Al-Sharif Profesor Dr Ahmad Muhammad Ahmad At-Tayyeb, yang dalam rangka lawatan khas empat hari ke Malaysia.
KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim berkenan menerima menghadap Sheikh Al-Azhar Al-Sharif Profesor Dr Ahmad Muhammad Ahmad At-Tayyeb, yang dalam rangka lawatan khas empat hari ke Malaysia.
Menurut kenyataan di laman Facebook rasmi Sultan Ibrahim, majlis menghadap Yang di-Pertuan Agong berlangsung di Istana Negara di sini hari ini.
“Pertemuan Yang di-Pertuan Agong bersama Prof Dr Ahmad Muhammad Ahmad At-Tayyeb berlangsung selama sejam bermula 10 pagi,” menurut kenyataan itu.
Turut hadir Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri (Hal Ehwal Agama) Datuk Dr Mohd Na’im Mokhtar, Timbalan Menteri Luar Negeri Datuk Mohamad Alamin dan Duta Besar Mesir ke Malaysia, Ragai Tawfik Said Nasr.
Sheikh Al-Azhar kini dalam lawatan khas ke Malaysia selama empat hari sehingga esok atas undangan Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
