Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri (Hal Ehwal Agama) Datuk Mohd Na’im Mokhtar berkata, beliau telah meminta Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) untuk mengadakan solat hajat di tiga buah masjid utama seliaan JAKIM iaitu Masjid Negara, Kuala Lumpur, Masjid Putra dan Masjid Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin, Putrajaya.
“Selain itu, pihak Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (JAWI) juga akan bekerjasama untuk turut mengadakan Solat Hajat di masjid-masjid dan surau-surau Wilayah Persekutuan,” katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini.
Tambah Mohd Na’im beliau amat bersimpati dan berdukacita dengan situasi banjir terkini dan berharap mereka yang terlibat mengambil langkah berwaspada serta sentiasa mematuhi arahan pihak berkuasa demi keselamatan diri dan keluarga masing-masing.
Mangsa banjir juga katanya diharap sentiasa tabah dan sabar dengan ujian yang menimpa.
Beliau turut mendoakan urusan seluruh anggota keselamatan, jentera barisan hadapan, sukarelawan dan semua pihak dipermudahkan Allah SWT. – AlHijrah Online
